A collection of experiments in typography, motion, branding, and interaction from my time at RISD. I'm hoping to dust off that side of my brain again soon — this time with a few new AI and creative tools in the mix.

Yaeji | 2020
Just a fun little side project - made a concert poster for Yaeji (an artist I was listening to 24x7 back in the day)

Pouch (RISD) | 2018
I worked in a pair to create an app that provides parents an easy and effective way to teach money management to their children in the digital age. I performed competitive analysis against products like Greenlight, and built high fidelity screens for key workflows.

Questions (RISD) | 2018
An animation that explores a series of questions regarding design — its audience, impact, values and the designers themselves. The answers here were sourced through emails sent anonymously to professionals in the field.

Elatior (RISD) | 2018
Inspired by Haruki Murakami’s novel: A wild Sheep Chase, I designed Elatior — a text face that represent organic structures in plant life. The delicate details seen at larger sized, are balanced by sturdy serifs for readability at smaller sizes.

Newly formed (RISD) | 2018
As a class project, we were asked to create a set of posters that blended vector shapes and photogrpahic elements. Each poster should be able to stand alone, but both should work together as a set.
Brassil Park (RISD) | 2017
How do we experience the idea of 'place' as designers. This is one out of several artifacts my group created for our installation — an exploded view of the space, showing the movement of children playing on the jungle gym.

Lobby Boy (RISD) | 2016
How might we represent a film and its characters through a different medium? This chest of drawers and its artifacts were desigend to embody Zero Mustafa’s character in Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel.

Qitaab | 2016
I designed the logo for an LGBTQ magazine and publication based out of India - exploring a variety of directions and also animating the final design for their digital platform.
